Product performance
In 2010, our company launched a new generation of HPA series anti pollution reverse osmosis membrane products, marking the beginning of the innovation of reverse osmosis membrane products. Hydeneng Environment integrates advanced nanotechnology, utilizing proprietary molecular design technology and fine interface polymerization technology of membrane components to control the pore size distribution and structure of high-order functional polyamide layers. Not only does the desalination rate and water production meet industry standards, but its chemical durability is also greatly improved: it can meet customers' frequent cleaning needs and has higher recovery ability under organic and biological pollution conditions; By tolerating trace residual chlorine, a simpler and more convenient operating environment is created for users in the full membrane system.
Application field
Hydeneng's reverse osmosis membrane components are widely used in fields such as power, petrochemicals, steel, electronics, medicine, food and beverage, municipal and environmental protection. They play an important role in seawater and brackish water desalination, boiler feedwater, industrial pure water and electronic grade ultrapure water preparation, drinking pure water production, wastewater treatment and special separation processes.
Since the late 1950s and early 1960s, reverse osmosis and nanofiltration technologies have been developed into practical chemical unit operations, constantly expanding their application fields and scales.
